Welcome to our yoga space. By enrolling in any of our sessions (online or offline), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

1. Payment & Refund Policy

 

All payments must be made in advance to confirm your spot.

Once paid, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

For group sessions, the payment cycle begins from the first session attended and is valid for 4 weeks (28 days).

2. Session Guidelines

 

Be punctual. All sessions begin and end at scheduled times.

For group sessions, students may attend only one session per day.

In private sessions, missed sessions will be counted as taken if not rescheduled in advance and agreed upon by the teacher.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

 

Group sessions missed are not eligible for rescheduling or refund.

In private sessions, rescheduling is subject to teacher availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

The teacher reserves the right to adjust or cancel a session in case of emergencies, with make-up sessions offered accordingly.

4. Code of Conduct

 

Respectful behavior is expected at all times.

Students are required to keep their cameras on during online sessions, unless discussed otherwise.

Disruptive, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior may lead to termination of access without refund.

5. Health & Safety Disclaimer

 

By joining, you confirm you are physically and mentally fit to practice yoga.

Please inform the teacher of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to starting.

The teacher is not liable for any injury or health complications arising during or after the sessions. You participate at your own risk.

6. Technology Responsibility (for online sessions)

 

Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, audio/video setup, and a quiet practice space.

No compensation will be given for missed sessions due to technical issues on the student’s side.

7. Privacy & Recordings

 

All content and session recordings (if any) are the intellectual property of the teacher.

Recording, copying, or sharing session content or links is strictly prohibited.

By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
